Drugs dispensed in the last X months

To get a report/listing of Drugs dispensed in the last X months you can run the Product Usage Report. Run this with a date range to specify an overall period to compare the past 6mths to when the report is run

To run this report:

• Navigate to Modules -> Data Viewer

• Sign in using your dispensary PIN number

• Select the Stock module

• Select the Product Usage Report - select it again from the blue bar

• Select a From and To date

• Click Run Report

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed

List of Phased Patients / Items

To get a report/listing of phased patients / items for a given date range you can run Dispense Analysis Report

To run this report:

• Once you have opened Data Viewer, select the Dispensing module

• Select the Dispense Analysis Report - select it again from the blue bar

• Select a From and To date

• Click Run Report

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed

• You will then need to locate the PHASED column using the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen or using the arrow keys on your keyboard

• When you have located the Phased column, click on the cog, highlighted below, tick the YES box and press OK

• The report will then change to only display phased patients/items
