Sign into Rx 365 Back Office

Select the Config tile
- Select SMS Reminders from the side bar

The below screen will then be displayed

Click Add a New SMS Reminder

The below screen will then be displayed

You will need to complete the following:
- Reminder Name: Name of the reminder message. i.e. 'Script Ready For Collection'
- Reminder Days: This is the number of days after the expected collection date that this reminder will be sent to the customer
- This SMS reminder is active: You will need to tick this box
- Template: Select one of your existing SMS templates from the dropdown
- Click Save Reminder
