If your labels do not have the Pharmacy Name or other details i.e. phone number, pre-printed on your labels, you can configure the labels in Rx to include these. Below will detail how to do this.

• Go to Modules -> Configuration

• Select the Label Printing tab

• From the PC Stationery section, double click the Bag or Drug label dropdown(Take note of the name selected in this dropdown)

• The Maintain Stationeries box will then be displayed

• Locate and select the name of the drug/bag label that was selected in the dropdown and click Edit

• The Edit Stationery screen will then be displayed

• Right click in the Footer box - highlighted below

• Click edit

• A screen similar to the below will then be displayed

• Here you can enter the Pharmacy Name, contact number etc. See below example

• Click File -> Exit

• Click Yes to the save changes message

• Restart Rx

• Your pharmacy details will now print on the label you selected at the beginning
