How to carry out an Advanced Search

• On the Rx 365 back office Home-screen, click on the advanced search icon

• The below screen will then be displayed to you

• From here you'll be able to make advanced searches with multiple filters.

• Start with specifying if your search either Contains, Starts With, or Ends With

• Or, you can use the Add a Filter button and choose a filter from the dropdown

How to apply filter(s) to your search

• After completing the above steps, Choose your desired filter(s)

  • In the below example, I have applied the filters 'Date Last Dispensed' and a 'Status' of 'Active'

• You can add as many filters as you like by clicking the Add a Filter button

• You can click the 'Bin Icon' button to remove any filter from your search

• Once all the filters you wish to apply to your search have been selected, click

• To clear all filters from your search click
