The accounts module will open.

Select the account using the Search button

The Maintain Accounts screen will then be displayed

Highlight the account and and press Select

Select the Sale button

The below screen will then be displayed

Enter in the following:

• Select a VAT Rate
• Select the Date
• Enter in any relevant notes
• Enter in the Total Amount and press the return key on your keyboard to save
