The accounts module will open.

Select the account using the Search button

The Maintain Accounts screen will then be displayed

Highlight the account and press Select

Select the Sale button

• Note: If the sale button is not available, please contact Touchstore Support.

The screen below will then be displayed

Enter the following:

• Select a VAT Rate
• Select the Date
• Enter any relevant notes
• Enter the Total Amount and press the return key on your keyboard to save
