Using Healthmail Integration
-
Sign into Healthmail using your Healthmail logins. You can do this by going to Modules -> Healthmail
- Note: It is important to sign in first thing every morning so that all new prescriptions are downloaded. We run a check every minute to see if there are any new Healthmail prescriptions to download.
- You will then be asked to enter in your email address and password for Healthmail
- Once you have successfully signed in, you can access the Healthmail section using the following two ways:
1. Sign into the Rx 365 back office and select the Script Uploads -> Healthmail tab
2. From the home page of Rx, select the "Number of scripts submitted in the queue:" button and select the Healthmail tab
- A screen similar to the below will then be displayed
- To view a script, select one from the list. see below example.
-
From here, you can:
- Print the prescription by selecting the Print button.
- Start fulfilling the script by selecting the Start Fulfilling Now button
- Add the script to the queue to fulfil at a later date/time by selecting the Add to Script Queue button
Start Fulfilling Now Button
When this option is selected, you will be asked to assign the Healthmail script to a patient. Search for the patient using the search. See highlighted below.
When you have selected a patient, you will then be brought to the PMR where you can either repeat from a previous script or start a new script.
Note: If you have not printed the Healthmail prescription and you need to look at the script again, you can press Alt + Q on your keyboard at anytime to view the prescription details. Press Back to Rx to return to the dispense. See below example.
- When you have completed your script, TouchStore Rx will attach the prescription from Healthmail to the script entered.
-
You will be brought back to the script in Healthmail where you can Mark Script as Complete.
-
Note: Only the user who dispensed the script can mark it as complete.
-
Additional Note: If you have a handheld and are using Script Locator, you can just close out of this screen.
-
Add Script to Queue Button
When this option is selected, the prescription will be removed from the Healthmail tab and will be moved to the Scripts tab for you to fulfil at a later date/time.
How to Mark a Prescription as Processed
Tick the box to the left of the prescription and select the Mark as Processed button - this will then change the status from 'Not Processed' to 'Processed'
Note: If you receive a Healthmail from a Doctor advising that a patient's medications have changed, for example from 5MG to 10MG, you can simply delete this by clicking the bin icon
How to Filter
If you need to locate a specific prescription for a patient, click the Filter button located on the top right of the screen in the Healthmail tab
In the Notes box, enter in a portion of the patients name and tick "include processed" and a list of prescriptions that came through Healthmail for this patient will then be displayed. See below example
