This report shows information for all patients who have been dispensed to on the Hardship Scheme. This is the hardship claim form.
To run this report
- Select Modules -> Reports
- Select Dispensing from the group selection and select Hardship Claim report
- Select the Month, Year, and sort by option. Press preview or print to see the report information
