- This report shows information for all patients that have been dispensed to on the Hardship Scheme. This the hardship claim form.
To run this report:
- Go to Modules & select Reports
- Select Dispensing from the group selection and select Hardship Claim report
- Select the Month, Year and sort by option. Press preview or print to see report information
