- Each store uses a pos profile which is set in Config -> Store Settings
To Add/remove images you'll need to navigate to Config - Pos Setting & select the Pos Setting Profile used by the store
Scroll the bottom of the Pos Setting profile to add/remove images
Image sizes & locations

The Promotional images should have a resolution as close to 512 x 707 (W X H) as possible. (Appear when items have been scanned for a sale)

The mini logo should have a resolution as close to 209 x 60 (W X H) as possible.(Appears above the sale being completed)

The large logo should have a resolution as close to 1024 x 768 (W X H) as possible. (Appears when the till is not in use)
Resizing images

Upload the Image that you want to add to the imageresizer URL by selecting the Upload Images button located in the middle of the screen.

Navigate to the Image location,

Select the Image you want to upload

Select Open
-
Untick Lock Aspect Ratio

Select the Image size depending on which Image type you want to use and enter the dimensions into the following box's

Width

Height
When the correct Image sizes have been entered, press the Export button located on the bottom left of the screen
- When the Export has completed, select the Download Now button located in the center of the screen
Importing the Images into the Retail 365 BO

Open the Retail 365 BO

Navigate to Config, POS Settings

Select the Pos Setings Profile for the Store

Scroll to the end of the Pos Settings page

Here can add in the following images
- large logo
- mini logo
- Promotional images

Select the appropriate section and select Upload A New Image

Navigate to the saved image you have just created
