When ordering from a supplier, if you want your shorts/exceptions to be reordered automatically, you can do so by setting an Alternative Supplier

NOTE: This can only be set for suppliers who are set up for Broadband Ordering

How to set an Alternative Supplier

• Open Retail 365 & select the Config tile

• Select Suppliers

• The below screen wil then be displayed to you

• Search for the supplier you wish to assign an Alternative Supplier to and click on the icon

• Under Supplier (Store-specific details), click the Alternative Suppler dropdown & choose the supplier you want the shorts to be reordered from as displayed below

• Scroll down & click

How Change an Alternative Supplier

• Complete the same steps as above and just select a new Alternative Supplier
