Product export function in head office allows you to sync products to your local stores immediately. The sync covers any of the head office sync settings you have set as on in the config section and HO settings section in the head office Retail 365 back office. You can create an export that can be scheduled to be created for any day of the week.
It covers at present two areas of product type,
- Promotion - the first one is you can schedule when a promotion starts and ends
- Special Offer - and the second one is you can schedule an export for when a special offer starts and ends.
- To locate this section sign into the Back office & Select 'Product Exports'

'Create Export file' button – This button is a legacy button and not used anymore.

'Sync products with local stores' button - When this is pressed it will sync any changes you have made on the back office to the local store straight away. The fields that it will sync can include, based on your sync settings in the config section The following:

Additional costs prices.

Discounted products.
-
Loyalty prices.
-
Online store products.
-
Product alerts.
-
Product ordering type.
-
Product supplier direction.
-
Retail price.
-
List Cost price.
-
Status.
-
Promotional vouchers created in head office.

Special offer quantities.

Special offers created in head office.

Create Export File Button - When you press this button it will sync any changes to your local stores straight away.

'Scheduled product exports' button - This allows you to schedule an export for the following.
- Promotion - You can schedule when a promotion starts and ends
- Special Offer - You can schedule an export for when a special offer starts and ends.
- 'Create Automated Export' Button - You tick your choice and then you tick the day you wish to create the export automatically for and then you press the 'create automated export' button. This then creates the export at midnight of the day you have chosen and is available in the local store the following morning.
