• This allows you to record Common Conditions Consultations and prescribing with your Rx365 App.

N.B. This function can only be performed by the PSI-registered Pharmacist.

• In the patient's PMR click on the F3 button or press the F3 function key on the keyboard.

• In the patient maintenance screen, select the Visit tab as highlighted below:

• Next, click on the New Consultation button. If any of the prerequisite fields are not filled in, the system will alert you. These fields are:

  • PPS number
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Town
  • County
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • GDPR Permission

• The image below has all these required fields marked out.

• GDPR Permission is found on the Details Tab

• Click the New Consultation Button now, and it will prompt for the PSI-registered Pharmacist's PIN.

The Consultation Screen

• Now you will be presented with the Common Condition screen as below:

• The data on this screen is pulled from the existing data in the patient's PMR. All you are required to do here is to confirm that the patient has given consent for Treatment as highlighted above.

• Once consent is clicked, click the next button at the bottom of the screen to move to the Notes section, where you can record all the notes from the consultation, and it will also pull in any allergy records from the patient's PMR.

• Once we are happy with what is recorded here, click the next button at the bottom of the screen to move to the Outcome section.

• Fill out all the relevant fields in the following areas:

  • Condition Diagnosed
  • Outcome
  • Referral Reasons
  • Outcome Note
  • Add Prescribed Products, make sure to add any dosage code, special instructions, or additional information.

• When this is done, you can choose to print the record for the patient or print the prescription using these buttons below:

• Back on the Visit tab, you can choose to edit or delete the CCS if required.
