To use MyDay correctly TWO things need to be set:
1. The Default Reminder Period

This can be set by going to Modules -> Configuration.

Select the Application tab

Select the Dispensing tab

Set the Default Reminder Period
2. A patient needs to be marked as a Regular Patient on their PMR for them to appear in MyDay

Navigate to the patients PMR

Select Edit F3
-
Tick Regular Patient
-
Press OK
