How to change the Status of a Product

Sign in to the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The screen below will then be displayed
- Select the General Information tab from the side bar

Scroll to the end of this screen

Using the Status dropdown, select the correct status from the following list

Click Save Product
-
The below message will then be displayed temporarily to let you know the change has been updated
