It is now possible to export a list of products directly from TouchStore Retail 365 to a CSV file. To do this:
- Click on Adv Search on the Retail 365 home screen
- Begin by filtering the list of products you want to export from the Advanced Search screen as detailed in the How do i add a filter in Advance Search section
Once you are satisfied with the list you have filtered press the 
button
Note: When you export the file, your web browser may block the file from downloading. Check the address bar to see if a “Pop-up blocked” message appears. If so, you must allow pop-ups from TouchStore Retail 365

Click the blocked pop-up window in your web browser

Select ‘Always allow pop-ups from https://retail365.touchstore.ie

Click Finished
- Once you have exported the list you can format the CSV file by following the table displayed below
