Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The below screen will then be displayed

Select Links from the side bar

The below screen will then be displayed

Select 'Create New Product Link Set'
- Start by typing in your preferred brand and select it from the list as displayed below & select CONTINUE

The below screen will then be displayed
- Section A: Displays your selected Preferred Brand
- Section B: Displays available products that can be linked as they share the same ATC code and strength as the preferred brand
- Start ticking the box's beside the products you want to be your second choice.. third choice and so on and then click ADD

I have ticked 'ATORVASTATIN ACTAVIS 20MG FC TABS' to be my second choice. You can see in the below example, it has moved to the top of the screen below my preferred brand.

You must tick the DISPLAY box for the Product Substitution box to appear when dispensing

Click Save Product Links

The below message will then display temporarily letting you know your product link has been created successfully
- The Links tab will then display your links as shown below
