This is a report to be run by external stock take companies when carrying out a stock take in your store.

To run this report, sign in to Rx365 Back Office

Select the Reports tile

Select Listings from the side bar

Select External Stock Take File
- Click 'Run Report.'

The following message may be displayed
- Click 'Yes, export it!' to export the data or 'Nope, Keep going!' to continue generating the report
- A report similar to the one below will then be displayed if you choose 'Nope, Keep going!'
