Open Touchstore Rx

Select Modules -> Product Maintenance
- Search for your preferred brand using the product search bar
- Select the Linked Products tab
- Click Link Product
- A list of products with the same ATC code as your preferred brand will then be displayed
- Highlight the product you want to be your second choice and click the select button
- Your preferred and second choice products will then be displayed under the Linked Products section

Repeat the above steps to add your third , fourth choice etc

You must tick the DISPLAY box for the Product Substitution box to appear when dispensing
