The following list of reports are commonly used and requested by Accountants.

VAT Reports

Consolidated Daily Scheme Statistics Report:

This report will give you totals for VAT across various schemes. A key benefit of this report is the ability to get a total VAT figure for each scheme in the system along with separate figures for Claiming and Non-Claiming Schemes e.g. the VAT liable on the Private portion of Drugs Payment Schemes dispensing will be totalled separately from the VAT liable on the PCRS Claimable portion of the Drugs Payment Schemes dispensing.

This report will also give you a breakdown of your Fees, Cost Prices and Profit for each scheme along with the total number of scripts and items for each scheme.

Script Type

• PCRS: claimable dispenses
• Private: non-claimable dispenses

• To find this report, select Modules -> Data Viewer

• Sign in using your dispensary PIN number

• Select the Dispensing module

• Select the Consolidated Daily Scheme Statistics report - select it again from the blue bar

• Select a From and To date

• Click Run Report

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed

Consolidated VAT Analysis Report

This report will give you totals for the different VAT Rates across various schemes. A key benefit of this report is the breakdown across different VAT Rates along with the Ex-VAT figure for each scheme. As with the Consolidated Daily Scheme Statistics report this report will also show separate figures for Claiming and Non-Claiming Schemes e.g. the VAT liable on the Private portion of Drugs Payment Schemes dispensing will be totalled separately from the VAT liable on the PCRS Claimable portion of the Drugs Payment Schemes dispensing.

• To run this report, select the Sales module

• Select the Consolidated VAT Analysis Report - select it again from the blue bar

• Select a From and To date

• Click Run Report

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed
