Item not scanning on the till - how do I sell it?

If a product does not have a barcode at all, you can either:

• search for it by description, or
• use one of the non-scan keys see the relevant article here. If the product does have a barcode but is damaged, you can do the same, or type in the barcode:
• Search by description:
  • Press Look Up (circled).
  • Type product description > press the item you wish to sell > press Sell This Item to add it to the transaction.
