Category Sales & Profitability

Select a category level, date range and store (or stores). The report details the total gross sales, VAT and profit margin, for the selected date range, stores and category level. The profit margin is shown by value and percentage and is calculated from the average cost at the time of each individual sale.

• Select the 'Reports' tile from the back office

• Select Sales and 'Category Sales and Profitability' report.

• A screen will appear as displayed below.

• Fill in the date range, Level (level 2 recommended) and then press 'Run Report' once all details are completed.

• Your report will be displayed similar to the below.

You can print/export to excel by using the function buttons on the top right of the screen
