Creating a ‘Not on File’ product which has previously been sold at the till

• Select the Not on File module in the Retail 365 main screen

• A screen displaying all products that do not exist on your product file but have been sold at the till will appear

• Please note that this list is ordered from the least to the most recent Not of File product sold

Please Note: Click the button beside the product description to view all the individual sales of this product to date

• Click the button on the 'Not on File’ product you wish to create from the list

• You will then be brought to the screen displayed below, allowing you to enter all the information for your new product

• If the Product details are found on the TouchStore Master Database.

• Press 'Yes, Import the details'

• Click

To add additional information like another barcode or to update the price. Use the search bar and select product to edit
