How to Create Store Alerts

Store alerts appear on the back office home screen. They can be used for multiple things i.e. advising the store of a promotion.

To create an alert:

• On the Back Office home screen, select Config

• Select 'Store Alerts'

• Click

• The below screen is then displayed

• Message - Type in the alert message here
• Priority - You can set your alerts to have different priorities. Each Priority displays in a different colour on the home screen
  • Critical - Displays in a Red colour
  • High - Displays in a Yellow colour
  • Info - Displays in a Blue colour
  • Praise - Displays in a Green colour

• Date Active From
• Date Active To

• Enter in the details of the alert & click

• See below what the home screen would look like for each priority

Add Notification

• On this screen there is also a '!Add Notification' button

• When this is clicked, you can manually type in a new message and click Send

• This will then appear in the notifications on the home screen
