How to Create Store Alerts
Store alerts appear on the back office home screen. They can be used for multiple things i.e. advising the store of a promotion.
To create an alert:
- On the Back Office home screen, select Config
- Select 'Store Alerts'

The below screen is then displayed
- Message - Type in the alert message here
- Priority - You can set your alerts to have different priorities. Each Priority displays in a different colour on the home screen
- Critical - Displays in a Red colour
- High - Displays in a Yellow colour
- Info - Displays in a Blue colour
- Praise - Displays in a Green colour
- Date Active From
- Date Active To

Enter in the details of the alert & click

See below what the home screen would look like for each priority
Add Notification
- On this screen there is also a '!Add Notification' button
- When this is clicked, you can manually type in a new message and click Send
- This will then appear in the notifications on the home screen
