• Search for the Patient using the patient search or by pressing F2 on your keyboard and open their PMR

• Click F3 to open the Patient Maintenance screen

• Select the Dosage System tab or (Keyboard: ALT + S)

• Select the Monitored Dosage option at the top of the Dosage System

• Select the Dosage System from the dropdown - see highlighted in the below screenshot.

N.B. IF YOU HAVE NOT CREATED A DOSAGE SYSTEM YET, PLEASE CLICK ON THE FOLLOWING LINK BEFORE COMPLETING THE REMAINING STEPS: How Do I Set Up a Monitored Dosage System

• You will then need to generate the Round Times

• Select the 'Description' heading and the round times will appear - as highlighted below.

• Click 'OK' to save

• If there is a Dosage System already present that you would like to edit, double click the dosage system dropdown, select the Dosage System and press edit
  • Please note: altering this will alter this dosage system for ALL patients attached to this dosage system.

• Click OK to save any changes made

• Select the Dosage System you just edited from the 'Dosage System' dropdown and click 'OK' to save

• Your Dosage System has now been assigned to the selected patient
