• Sign into the Rx 365 Back Office

• Select the Config tile

• Select Stock Locations from the side bar

• The below screen is then displayed. Any existing locations will also display here

Step 1: Create Aisle(s)

• Select the Aisles button from the top right hand corner

• Select Add a new Aisle

• Enter a unique Code, Description and select a Stock Area - see below example

• Click Add

Set 2: Create Bay(s)

• Select the Bays button from the top right hand corner

• Select Add a New Bay

• Enter a unique Code, Description - see below example

• Click Add

Step 3: How to Create a Stock Location

• After selecting Stock Locations , Click Add a New Stock Location

• The below screen is then displayed.

• Select your Aisle from the dropdown, Bay from the dropdown, Enter a Shelf Number (if required)

• The Code is generated based on your above selections

• Click Save

How to Edit or Delete a Stock Location

• To EDIT click the Pencil icon, make your changes and then click save

• To DELETE, click the Bin icon

• The below message will then be displayed. Click Yes, delete this item!
