Check the balance on top up, or fully refund a gift card

• Sign into the sales screen & select the ''Non Scan' button

• Select the Gift Card Option from this screen.

• On the next screen, scan the gift card. The balance will be displayed.

• At this point, you can enter a top up amount and select Top-Up if needed, then collect payment as you would any other sale.

• Select Fully Refund Gift Card to refund the value of the gift card by cash or card if required.
