The Stock Movements tab of a product allows you to view when the product was dispensed, who it was dispensed to, when it came in on an order and when it was counted in a stock take. If you have a Robot in your store, it will display any robot inputs, robot ejections and robot syncs.

How to View the Stock Movements Tab

• Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

• Search for your product using the product search bar

• The below screen will then be displayed

• Select the Stock Movements tab from the side bar

• A screen similar to the below ill then be displayed

• From this screen you can view the following:

  • Date: Displays the date(s) the product was dispensed, edited, counted etc..
  • Staff Member: Displays the Staff Members name
  • Original Qty: The original stock qty before the dispense or count etc
  • Adjustment Qty: What it was adjusted by
  • Resulting Qty: What the new stock qty is now
  • Stock Location: If the product has a stock location assigned, this will display where the product is located in the store
  • Reason: Displays all reasons e.g. Dispense, edit, order etc..
  • From / To: Supplier Name
  • Invoice Number: Order Invoice Number
  • Patient: Patient Name

• You can also apply a filter to your search by clicking the button

• The below screen is the displayed

• You can filter by the following:

  • Date Range
  • Suppliers
  • Adjustment Qty
  • Adjustment Type
