VAT on Product Sales

This is a summary report detailing the values for each store separately. For each VAT rate in each store, the quantity sold, the sales value, the sales ex VAT, the VAT and the average cost price are displayed.

• Select 'Reports' from the back office

• Select Sales and 'VAT on Product Sales' report.

• A screen similar to the below will be displayed

• Fill in the date range and any other details. Press run report.

  • Note that you can exclude sales groups not needed in report by ticking the exclude tickbox beside the relevant sales group.

• Your report will look similar to this example

You can print/export to excel by using the function buttons on the top right of the screen

If you need more details or breakdown on the Vat on this report, there is a report called 'VAT on Product Sales (Detailed)'

To run this report

• Select Sales and 'VAT on Product Sales (Detailed)' report.

• A screen like this will appear

• Fill in the date range and any other details. Press run report.

  • Note that you can exclude sales groups not needed in report by ticking the exclude tickbox beside the relevant sales group.

• Your report will look similar to this example
