This report displays any edits and deletions of scripts

To run this report:

• Navigate to Modules -> Data Viewer

• Sign in using your dispensary PIN number

• Select the Dispensing module

• Select the User Event Log report - select it again from the blue bar

• Select a From and To date

• Click Run Report

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed

This report includes the following columns:

• Even Date: The date the edit/deletion was made
• Event ID: The ID assigned to the event
• Event Text: Displays what was performed on the dispense - Edit / delete
• Event Time: The time the event was performed
• Module: Only displays 'Dispensing'
• Patient Name: Name of the patient
• Pharmacy Name: Name of the pharmacy
• PID: ID of the Patients PMR
• PK Field:
• PK ID: Displays the ID of the record that has been deleted
• Staff Member: Staff Member who made the edit / deletion
• Table Name:
