This report is designed with the stock in each category grouped together as a sub heading in the report. The stock values of each product assigned to the supplier are totalled as a subtotal , thus giving you the value of the stock for each supplier

• To run this report, sign into Rx365 Back Office

• Select the Reports tile

• Select Stock from the side bar

• Select Stock Value (By Supplier)

• Select a Supplier from the dropdown

• You can also filter the report by the following:

  • Supplier(s)
  • Sales Group(s) L1
  • Sales Group(s) L2
  • Sales Group(s) L3
  • Sales Group(s) L4
  • Store

• You can exclude any of the above by selecting an option from the dropdown and ticking 'exclude'

• If you want to only see negative stock, tick 'Show negative stock only'

• If you want VAT to be shown at Avg Cost, tick 'Show VAT at Avg Cost

• When you're happy with your selection, press 'Run Report'

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed
