How to Create a Staff Member

Go to Modules-> Configuration

Select 'Staff'
- The 'Maintain Staff Members' box will then be displayed

Click 'Insert'

The 'New Staff Member' box will then be displayed.

Fill out the staff member's details

You will need to fill out the following:
- Name
- Initials
- Logon Name
- Password (This can be anything. Letters only)
- Security Level i.e. Normal User, Manager etc..
- Staff Type i.e. Technician, Pharmacist etc..
- Pin Number

Click 'Ok' to save
How to Edit an Existing Staff Member

After selecting Modules-> Configuration -> Staff
-
The 'Maintain Staff Members' box will then be displayed

Highlight the staff member you want to edit

Click the 'Edit' button

Make your changes and click 'OK' to save
