Report Filters/Parameters/Exporting - All reports can be filtered down to add additional filters to your report. You can also Print a report, Add it to favourites, export to Excel or .CSV, & save your parameters.

Additional Filters

• If you take the 'Category Sales & Profitability' report as an example. After pressing and your data has generated, you can see on the top right you have "Show Filters"

• After clicking 'show filters', a 'Report Filters' list has now generated which allows you to add additional filters, see below.(please note, this list changes filter options depending on the report you're running.)

• If you wanted to see Profit's that were in a minus, you would select the 'Profit' dropdown, choose 'Less Than', enter in 0 to the box that has generated on the right, press 'Apply Filter' and the report will only display the profits that have a minus value.- see below

• You can then select to hide this list and to remove the additional filter.

Adding as a Favourite

After running the report, select the button.

Exporting the Excel or .CSV

To export your file select Excel or CSV. You can also export to .PDF by pressing the 'Print' button and changing your destination to PDF.

Saving your parameters

To save your parameters, select the 'Save Params As..' button

You will then be prompted to save the report params, give it a name & click 'save'

The next time you go to run this report, you will see 'Saved Parameters' on the right hand side with each name of the saved parameters.
