Discounts - Pre-set Discounts

In this tab, we can create pre-set discounts that will then appear on the till. These discounts can be applied to products one by one as they are scanned at the till or to the entire sale

Creating a Pre-set Discount

• Login to Retail 365

• Press on the 'Config' tile

• Select the Discounts tab

• A list of your existing Discounts will now appear on the screen

• Please note that the discounts appear at the till in the same order as they do on this screen

• Click

• The screen, displayed below, will now appear allowing you to enter the name and rate

• Tick the This discount is active box

• Click Save

• The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the discount has been created successfully

When signed into the sales screen, scan your products and then press the Discount button - see highlighted below

The screen below will then be displayed to you with a list of your Pre Set discounts that have been set up. Select the required discount and select 'Apply to Sale' or 'Apply to product' as displayed below

You will then be brought back to the sales screen where it will show the Original Price, what the Discount amount is and it's new Total Price

Complete the sale as normal

Edit a Preset Discount

• Login to Retail 365

• Press on the 'Config' tile

• Select the Discounts tab

• Press the button beside the discount you would like to edit

• Perform the desired changes and click

• The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the discount has been updated successfully

Delete a Preset Discount

• Login to Retail 365

• Press on the 'Config' tile

• Select the Discounts tab

• Press the button for the Discount you would like to delete

• The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the discount has been deleted successfully
