Supplier Dropdown:
When you open the orders module, your preferred supplier is displayed. You can select another supplier from the dropdown.
Pending Tab:
This tab displays any order items that are pending on the selected supplier order list waiting to be sent.
Status: Items to Hold: This displays any items that are currently on hold on the selected suppliers order list.
Status: Items to Order: This displays any items that are currently waiting to send for the selected supplier.
Order Exceptions Tab:
This tab displays any order exceptions that have come back from the selected supplier .
Validation Tab:
This tab allows you to set a delivered qty, add a discount, set the cost price and book in the order items into stock by pressing the complete button.
History Tab:
This tab displays orders that have been booked into stock.
Preview Button:
When selected, the pending order items will be displayed
Print Button:
When selected, you can print the current order list
Transmission Tab:
When selected, this tab displays all orders that have been sent. Each order will have a status depending on what stage the order is at. Each status is outlined below.
- Transmitting: This means that the order is currently sending to the supplier. If this status remains the same for 5 minutes or more, there is an issue sending the order.
- Transmitted: This means the order has been sent successfully to the supplier
- Successful: This means the order has been sent successfully to the supplier
- Exceptions: This means there are outstanding order exceptions for the selected supplier
Alerts Tab:
This tab allows you to create and maintain order alerts. When created, an alert will appear letting you know when to send you order at the selected times. You can disable any of these alerts by selecting the alert and clicking the disable button or you can disable alerts on a specific PC by ticking Disable alerts on this machine
Stock Tab:
When selected you will be brought to the product maintenance screen where you can search for products
Save Layout Button
When selected, this will save the grid layout
