Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The below screen will then be displayed
- Select the General Information tab from the side bar
How to Remove the current group,
- Select the X button as displayed below
- Then start typing in the Group Name you want to assign this product to
- OR, select the magnifying glass icon to select the group from the dropdown
- You will then have the option to select a Level 2 Group
- When you have the correct Group(s) selected, click
How to Edit the existing group
- click the Pencil icon as displayed below
- Your current group/categories that this product is assigned to will then be displayed

If you want to change the L1 (Level 1) category, select the Group dropdown and select a new group/category

If you want to change the L2 (Level 2) category, select the L2: dropdown and select a new group/category
click
- You can also complete the above by selecting the Categories tab on your product
NOTE: If the Stock Category you need is not there as an option, you can set it up by following this step-by-step on How to set up a new stock category
