Tags are used as an Identifier. Tags can be added to products and they are used to narrow your product search

How to Create Product Tags

• Select the 'Config' tile from the Back Office home screen

• Select 'Tags' from the black bar

• Click

• Enter the Tag description & select a shape & click 'Save'

• Your Tag is now created

How To Add a Tag(s) to a product:

• Open Retail 365

• Search for the product using the Product Search Box

• Select the Tags tab

• The below screen will then be displayed

• Using the 'Add a new product tag' dropdown, select the TAG you want to assign to the product, set an 'Active date' & press '+Add'
