- SMS Queue- this report shows all SMS messages that have been sent through the system. This includes the store, the date sent, the customer, the mobile phone number, the message, the status, and the notes.
To run this report go to:
- Navigate to the Back Office--> Reports-->Accounts-->SMS Queue
- Enter in the 'Date Range' & press 'Run Report'
- The report will be displayed similar to the below
