| Status | Meaning |

| Transmitting | This status means that the order is currently sending to the supplier. If this status remains the same for 5 minutes or more, there is an issue sending the order. |
| Transmitted | This status means the order has been sent successfully to the supplier. |
| Successful | This status means the order has been sent successfully to the supplier. |
| Exceptions | This status means there are outstanding order exceptions for the selected supplier. |
