HO Updates Tab
This section will display a list of all changes made to your products by Head Office that have yet to be reviewed.
- To access the HO Updates Tab go to Product Exports--> HO Updates

The below screen will then displays any Head Office updates that are requiring review.

This screen shows the Date the update was sent, who it was sent from, i.e. Head Office, who it was sent by (The user's name) and the total number of products in the update
- Scroll to the end of the page and click 'review changes'

The next screen then displays the following
- Changes to Retail Prices
- Changes to Suppliers ( What product was changed from one supplier to another)
- Changes to Special Prices
- Changes to Markup Rates
- Changes to Cost Prices

Each section displays the following
- Date Changed
- Changed By
- The Product that had a change made to it
- Pack Size
- Product Barcode
- What it was Changed From
- What it was Changed To
See example below of changes to Retail Prices
- Once you have reviewed all changes, scroll to the end of the page and click
- Once you have clicked the above, you will then be given the option to print off the Price Changes. As displayed below

This screen will display the number of Price Changes and any Special Offers

Clicking 'Print Price Changes' will open a new tab to the google print screen for you to print the price changes.

Clicking 'Print Special Prices' will open a new tab to the google print screen for you to print the new special prices.

Clicking 'Create Shelf Edge Labels' will then display the below screen where you will select the type of label you want to print for either your Price Changes or Special Prices.

When you have finished printing, go back to the back office tab and click 'I'm' Done' to complete
