• Sign into Rx365 Back Office

• Select the Product Links tile

• Any existing Product Links will be displayed here

• Click Add a New Product Link

• Search and select your preferred brand and press continue

• A screen similar to the below will then be displayed.

  • Top Section: Displays your selected Preferred Brand
  • Bottom Section: Displays available products that can be linked as they share the same ATC code and strength as the preferred brand

• Select the product(s) you want to have as your second, third choice etc and the click Add

• You can see in the below example, my selected products have moved to the top of the screen below my preferred brand.

• You must tick the DISPLAY box for the Product Substitution box to appear when dispensing

Note: You can change any of your selected products to be the first choice, second choice, preferred choice, etc by ticking the box and selecting Move Up or Move Down

• Click Save Product Links

• The below message will then display temporarily letting you know your product link has been created successfully
