Prices Sync
Location: Product Export Tile on the Back Office Home Screen
When Automatic price syncing is turned ON for your store, which means that any price changes you make on the Back Office will automatically sync down to your tills.
When this function is turned ON, your screen will be displayed as shown below. To turn OFF, press the 'Turn OFF automatic price syncing' button.
When Automatic price syncing is turned OFF for your store, your screen will be displayed as shown below and this would mean that you need to manually sync your prices. To turn ON, press the 'Turn ON automatic price syncing' button.
- As stated in the above message, it is not recommend to turn this setting ON if you need to make changes to price labels on your shop floor before the prices are changed on your till.
Sync Tracking
This sections shows any tills that are currently out of date. An out of date till is any till that has not yet received all of the changes made on the Back Office. This section will also display any active errors.
How to sync prices manually
- If there are products prices that have been changed on the back office but have not been synced to your tills, a list of these products will be displayed as shown below.
- Click the 'Sync Prices Now' button
Shelf Edge Labels

To print Shelf Edge Labels, click the
button

This screen will display the number of Price Changes and any Special Offers

Clicking 'Print Price Changes' will open a new tab to the google print screen for you to print the price changes.

Clicking 'Print Special Prices' will open a new tab to the google print screen for you to print the Special Prices.

Clicking 'Create Shelf Edge Labels' will then display the below screen where you will select the type of label you want to print for either your Price Changes or Special Prices. You can also edit the quantities by clicking 'edit label quantities'

Click 'Print Shelf Edge Labels'

Press 'Oops Cancel' to go back to the list of products or 'I'm' Done' to complete
PLEASE NOTE:
If you click 'Sync Prices Now' BEFORE printing your Shelf Edge Labels, you will not be able to print them from this screen again. You will need to create a new print run from the 'Print Labels' section on the back office.
