This tab allows us to update and view stock quantities in store, stock levels across other branches, and stock movements between various stores

How to view the stock tab:

• Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

• Search for your product using the product search bar

• The below screen will then be displayed

• Select the Stock tab from the side bar

• The below screen will then be displayed to you

• This screen is broken into three sections

  • Stock Holding
  • Stock Levels Across Stores
  • Stop Tracking Stock Levels

Stock Tab Breakdown

• STOCK HOLDING

Allows you to view and adjust the stock quantity

• STOCK LEVELS ACROSS STORES

Allows you to view the current stock across stores & the quantities sold over the last 90 days

• STOP TRACKING STOCK LEVELS FOR THIS PRODUCT

When this is selected it marks the product as Not Stocked, this cannot be undone!!
