How to view Scheduled Messages
This screen displays any unsent messages/ messages due to be sent

Sign into the Back Office

Select 'Accounts'
- Select the 'Scheduled Messages' tab
- Here it will display any messages that are scheduled
- Date --> The Date & Time the SMS is scheduled for
- Status --> Shows the status of the SMS
- Store--> Store Name
- Account --> This displays the customers loyalty account name
- Mobile --> Displays the customers mobile no.
- Message--> Displays the message that will be sent to the customer
- There is also a 'Delete' & 'Refresh' button
- Delete--> Delete's the SMS from the screen & the SMS will not send to the customer
- Refresh--> Refresh's the screen
