• Sign into the Back Office

• Select Stock Transfers

• 'Waiting to Send' is the first screen that is displayed to you

• Store - Search and select the Store you would like to transfer stock to

• Add product to the transfer - Scan the product bar code or search for each product you would like to add to this transfer

• Once you select the Product you will be asked for:

  • Transfer quantity - The quantity of this product that you would like to transfer

  • Add to transfer button - Once a quantity is added press + Add to Transfer

• This adds the first product to the transfer screen.

• Repeat to add of the product's

• Once you have added all products to the Stock Transfer you can send the Transfer by pressing Create Transfer Button.

• Print screen - This opens up the print screen to allow you to print the transfer to be sent with the products that you are transferring.

Waiting to send screen other functions available

• Save transfer - If you are not finished adding Products to the Stock Transfer you can Save by pressing Save  and return to the Stock Transfer later.

• Tick box - You can tick a product or all products and this will then activate the following:

• Move button - This allows you to move the product that you have a ticket against to another store.

• Delete button - This will allow you to delete the product's that you have put a tick against.

• Print button - This allows you to print out the transfer on the screen.

  • Note after you have pressed create transfer button you are given the option to print out the transfer to send with the product.

• Add product button - This hides the add product field from the screen or if it is hidden when you press it then it adds the add product field to the screen.

• New ad hoc transfer - This allows you to start another transfer to another store or the same store for other products.
