Completing a Refund using the 'reason from' dropdown
- Sign in to the sales screen
- Scan the item that needs to be returned
- Click the minus(-) button
- Select the appropriate reason from the dropdown & press 'confirm'
- The item line will now display in red to indicate it is a refund, as shown below.
- Complete the sale as normal
