How to Suspend a Sale

• Sign into CTPOS

• Scan the product(s)

• Click 'Suspend'

• Press 'Suspend Current Sale', then YES to the message

How to Pick Up / Resume a Suspended Sale

• To Pick up a suspended sale, sign in, press Suspend and select PICK UP SUSPENDED SALE

How to view the list of Suspended Sales on your till

• Go to EPoS Manager

• Sign in Using your user name and password

• Select

• Press

• A list of suspended sales will be displayed

• Press thumbs down to close the screen.

• To remove these suspended sales you will need to get each clerk to log in and void the suspended sales.
