• Navigate to the Patient's PMR

• Click New Script (KEYBOARD: ALT + I)

• Search for the item in the DRUG field

• Set the DISPENSED quantity to 0. Set the PRESCRIBED quantity to 1. Ensure the OWED quantity is 1

• Click Complete (KEYBOARD: ALT + M )

• The OWED qty will then be displayed in the OWED column in GREEN

PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT be able to dispense this item under the patient's scheme until the Owing is DISCHARGED. The scheme will default to DR until this has been completed. Once it has been discharged, you can edit the script and change the scheme
