Once you have your list of Brands created via the Config Tab, you can now start assigning them to products. If you have no completed this yet, please review the following article How To Create a New Brand

How to Assign a Brand to an Individual Product

• Go to Modules -> Product Maintenance

• Search for your product you want to assign a brand to using the Product Search bar

• Select your product from the list

• Your product will then load onto the 'Dashboard' screen

• Select the 'General Information' tab

• Using the Brand' dropdown, select one of your created brands as displayed below

• Scroll down and click 'Save Product'

How to Assign a Brand to 1 or More Products

• Open Rx 365

• Select the Advanced Search tile

• Click the button

  • Apply the appropriate filters to your search as detailed in the How How to Carry out an Advanced Search article

  • You can also use the CONTAINS box and type in a name that would be in all of your products you want to load up. In the below example I have typed in 'CALPOL'

• Once you have applied the filter(s) and loaded your list, tick the box beside the product(s) you wish to edit.

• You can choose certain products by ticking the box beside the product(s) name

• Alternatively, you can select all products that match your search by clicking the checkbox beside Name

• To edit the selected product(s) click the pencil icon highlighted in the image displayed below

• Select the Brand you wish to assign to all products selected as displayed below

• Select the button

• The below screen will then be displayed temporarily letting you know the product has been updated
