How to Insert an Item that has Repeats

• Search for the Patient using the patient search or pressing F2 on your keyboard

• Select the drug to be dispensed by pressing New Script (KEYBOARD: ALT + I) OR Repeating from a previously dispensed script by clicking Repeat (KEYBOARD: ALT + P)

• Enter the 'Dispensed Qty' , 'Prescribed Qty' & Directions

• Enter the Maximum number of repeats (The Number of repeats that will be made for the drug.)

• Enter the Made repeats (The number of repeats that have been made for the drug.)

• The Left repeats will automatically populate (The Number of repeats left for the drug, namely the difference between the MAXIMUM amount and the MADE amount.)

• Click Complete (KEYBOARD: ALT + M)

• The main PMR will then display similar to the below

How to Dispense the Next Repeat

• Search for the Patient using the patient search or pressing F2 on your keyboard

• Highlight the item

• Click Repeat (KEYBOARD:CTRL + P)

• Click Complete (KEYBOARD: ALT+ M)

• You will see that the Repats have gone from 1/3 to 2/3
