• Open Retail 365

• Search for the product you wish to have a zero retail price using the product search box

• Once you have selected your product, the 'Dashboard' screen will be displayed

• Select the General Information tab

• Scroll down and tick This product has a zero retail price as displayed below

• If you have 'Automatic Syncing' turned ON for your store, any price changes you make on the Back Office will automatically sync down to your tills.
