How to Change a Loyalty Card Number if a new one needs to be issued

From the Back Office go to –-> Accounts –-> Loyalty section –->, click the pencil icon beside the loyalty account

This will load the 'Edit Loyalty Account' section

Remove the card number from the Code field.

Scan in the new card number.

Press 'SAVE'
-
Warning appears.
-
Press 'YES' to change the code.

The new code is now attached to the account.
